Smashed movie-Lamborghini sold for an absurd amount

It was expected to sell for somewhere between 1.5 and 2 million. So dollars. However, it didn't quite go that way when this white Lamborghini Countach found a new owner during the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend.

It's basically just a wreck of a Lamborghini Countach. Although this one of only 500 specially built editions from 1989, which were destroyed 10 years ago in connection with the remake of Wolf of Wallstreet. The auction house Bonhams also had dollar signs in their eyes when they sold the white Italian at the weekend during the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix. The price just didn't end up where the auction house had expected. In fact, the hammer blow fell well short. That's what ESPN Formula 1 writes. READ ALSO: Stiff pedestrian steals police car's emergency flasher Bonhams had said before the auction that the car should cost somewhere between 1.5 and 2 million dollars, corresponding to somewhere between almost 10.5 million. DKK and almost 14 million DKK Among other things because the Lamborghini is preserved in the 'condition' the film crew behind Wolf of Wallstreet left it in. However, it didn't quite work out that way. With the price that is. Instead, the winning bid ended up being 1.35 million. Keep in mind, it's still in dollars. So now you know that a smashed Lamborghini can cost close to DKK 10 million. Or more precisely DKK 9.2 million.
