Dubai police now drive Rolls-Royces from Mansory

The custom-built Rolls-Royce Cullinan from Mansory is now part of the Dubai Police fleet. The car has 610 horsepower and hits 100 km/h in just 5 seconds.

Dubai Police has a new patrol car in the garage. It's a custom-built Rolls-Royce Cullinan, modified by tuning company Mansory. The unique car will join the police's fleet of extremely luxurious patrol cars.

This is stated by the national police in a press release.

The car was officially unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025. The event took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Brigadier General Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of Dubai Tourist Police, was among those who attended the official 'inauguration' of the new vehicle.

Several officials from Dubai Police also attended the ceremony. Kourosh Mansory, director of Mansory, was also present along with his team of engineers.

Al Jallaf reviewed the car's specifications. The car, which will now be driven around Dubai, has 610 horsepower from a 6.75-liter V12 engine with twin turbos and a top speed that is electronically limited to 280 km/h.

Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in just 5 seconds.

Mansory modifications and technology

The car has been given a number of custom-made improvements. They were carried out by Mansory, who are known for some of the most extreme conversions in the automotive industry. The police car is practically covered in carbon fiber inside and out.

The changes ensure that the car stands out visually. The performance has also been improved compared to the standard model. The top model Black Badge has to make do with 600 horsepower. Of course, a little is also right.

Brigadier Al Jallaf highlighted the collaboration with Mansory. He believes that the large Rolls-Royce enhances the police's visibility, especially towards tourists in the emirate.

Collaboration and previous projects

– We are proud to mark our second collaboration with the Dubai Police.

"Our latest creation – the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a unique edition tailored specifically for Dubai Police – reflects our shared commitment to innovation, excellence and leadership in the automotive world," said Iranian-born Kourosh Mansory.

This is not the first time Dubai Police and Mansory have collaborated. Previously, the police received a modified Mercedes G63.

The Mansory-tuned G63 has 720 horsepower. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and all the way to an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.

The new Rolls-Royce Cullinan is painted in the characteristic green colors of the Dubai Police.

Mansory is known for going to extremes with their designs. Their cars often share the waters. Already in 2022, the German tuner company presented a Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 with torque like a ferry. Read more about that car here .
