XPENG sells 3,000 cars in Denmark in record time

In just 17 months, XPENG has delivered 3,000 cars to Danish customers and opened a new delivery center in Hillerod.

XPENG has reached a new milestone in Denmark with 3,000 cars delivered in just 17 months.

Since the first car was handed over to a Danish customer on 29 June 2023, the brand has experienced significant growth, equivalent to a new car being delivered every four hours on average.

The rapid growth shows that XPENG has managed to establish itself solidly on the Danish market in a short time.

November 2024 also marks the month in which XPENG has delivered the most cars to Danish customers. Deliveries this month exceed the previous record by 25 percent, underscoring the growing interest in the brand's electric cars.

Especially the recently launched XPENG G6 has contributed to the increased demand.

To handle the growing interest, XPENG has opened a temporary delivery center in Hillerod. With over 600 square meters of extra space, the center will help meet the needs of the many new customers.

The center is expected to deliver over 250 cars before the end of the year. XPENG also plans to maintain a high level of service by allocating an hour to each drop-off so customers get a thorough introduction to their new car.

Christian Kynding, Country Manager for XPENG Denmark, emphasizes that the brand's strategy is based on customer feedback and ongoing improvements via OTA updates.

According to Kynding, this, combined with fast charging and extensive standard equipment, are some of the most important factors that have contributed to XPENG's success in Denmark.

To accommodate the increasing demand, XPENG has expanded its facilities with larger premises and hired more competent employees. This ensures that the high quality of service can still be maintained, even if there is a natural limit to how many cars can be delivered each day.

At XPENG, the customers' experience is particularly important. Therefore, an hour is always set aside for each delivery, so that the customers get a thorough introduction to their new car.

The goal is that everyone leaves the center with a positive experience and is ready to enjoy the joy of singing in their XPENG.
