Fisker Ocean is being investigated for a new serious error

Fisker Inc., which was founded and led by the Danish Henrik Fisker, is already being investigated by the American road safety authorities for faults, including on the brakes.

The problems seem to persist at Fisker.

And now another has signed up. In any case, the American traffic safety authorities are now looking at the doors in Fisker Ocean.

Reuters writes that.

So far, the safety authorities have received 14 complaints from Fisker owners who cannot open the car's doors and tailgate. The electronics simply don't work.

Several people also report that the mechanism that is used to open both doors and tailgate on Fisker's cars does not work either.

The new investigation comes on top of two investigations that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has already conducted on Fisker.

One problem relates to the brakes in the brand's so far only model, the Ocean. Boosted reader Jesper F. knows that problem all too well. Read more about his experience right here .

The other problem the Americans are complaining about, and which the authorities are now investigating, is connected to the gears in the Fisker Ocean. The car simply has difficulty 'finding' the correct gear.
