On Friday morning last week, the police stopped a 33-year-old man who is not allowed to drive a car for the third time. It became both the animal for him and a friend.
Just before the weekend, the Central and West Zealand Police took a car on Holbækvej in Kalundborg. Behind the wheel sat a 33-year-old man, who the police circle knew well in advance.
The officers have stopped him several times. But on Friday morning at 11.20 it became too much for law enforcement.
Since it was the third time that the man was stopped without a registration card, the law allows the police to impound the car. Which happened.

However, the 33-year-old objected to that. Maybe because the car doesn't belong to him at all, but to a friend, who is now left without a car.
According to the law, however, the police can completely ignore that aspect. There is nothing to prevent a judge from confiscating the car on behalf of the state.
This is what happened with a very special Audi recently. But at a speed of at least 205 km/h, a 27-year-old man came flying past the police, who in turn signed off on a seizure.
Shortly before the final confiscation in the district court, the Copenhagen Police were able to say that they had taken a similar car for a carousel of madness. Read more about both cases here .
