To get a driver's license, new drivers must also pass a theory test. And it is the one that is now being significantly remade.
The theory tests that new Danish drivers have taken over the past several years have been under heavy fire for just as long.
The questions of the theory tests are shown on slides or with worn overheads, and the answers must be noted with a pen. But not much longer.
The first 200 choir school students in Denmark have gone through digitized theory tests. Here, the future drivers sit with a touch screen and a headset at provisionally 15 test locations, which are under the authority of the Swedish Transport Agency.

According to Transport Minister Thomas Danielsen (V), the new system has several clear advantages. And it is especially for future drivers.
– The advantage is that you can complete the test at your own pace and go back and forth between the questions, says the minister.
As before, the new test form consists of 25 questions. Digitization does not change that. The new form of the test also does not change the fact that as a new driver you must answer incorrectly five times at the most.
But as something new, future drivers can now take the theory test in several languages. This actually also applies to communication during the choir rehearsal. Read more about it here .
