Youtuber Mr.Beast smashes the world's fastest race car

The world's biggest Youtuber, Mr.Beast, manages to smash the world's fastest electric racing car. Namely, a Formula E racer belonging to the Cupra team.

Just because you're big on YouTube doesn't mean you're a god. Not even behind the wheel. Mr. Beast aka James 'Jimmy' Donaldson came to that realization when he smashed a Formula E car.

The car, which belongs to the Cupra team, put Mr. Beast into the wall when he was behind a safety car. In Formula E, it is a Porsche Taycan.

The accident happened while the YouTuber was driving around the Formula E track in Miami. In fact, Mr. Beast only made it around the track once, because he crashed into the barrier in the first corner.

The Formula E organization writes this on its own website .

However, the accident was not more severe than 'Jimmy' Donaldson himself was able to jump out of the car unharmed and into the waiting medical car.

Neither the Formula E organization nor the Cupra team will reveal how much damage the car – a CUPRA KIRO GEN3 Evo – has sustained.

Mr.Beast was part of a team of 11 celebrities who, as a prelude to the Formula E season, were sent out in the new cars that accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 2 seconds.

The 26-year-old American was the only one who did not return an undamaged car to the pits.

– My heart sank in my chest. I thought; okay, now we're going straight – also – all of a sudden – we're not going straight any more, it was said over the radio after the accident.
