Now Tesla advertises a loan of 400 billion. kroner to Elon Musk

There are still some Tesla shareholders out there who need to be convinced that it is a good idea to give Elon Musk DKK 400 billion in salary.

The board has already approved Elon Musk's salary. In fact, it already happened in 2018. But the shareholders still need to say yes.

That's why Tesla is now spending advertising dollars to defend the huge remuneration bag for the director. This is written by Electrek.com .

The media has found the information from the American authorities, which Tesla is obliged to tell this sort of thing.

Tesla has told the US authorities that it is now buying advertising space to 'encourage investors to say yes'.

And not just for Elon Musk's huge salary package. Tesla will also move its headquarters from the US state of Delaware. Here, a judge says that Elon Musk is already getting far too much in salary.

In order to avoid the legal consequences of that announcement, Tesla intends to move the entire head office from Delaware to the southern state of Texas.

Tesla's shareholders have until June 13 this year to decide on Tesla's issues. The first advertisements even appear on the social media "X" – the former Twitter – which Elon Musk bought in April 2022.
