Kim's Volkswagen Golf II is not like most of its kind. Although it actually looks that way. The car has a whopping 911 horsepower from a VR6 engine.
Kim Paetz's Volkswagen Golf II probably looks like any other Golf that came out when the model was part of the program in 1983 and 1992.
But make no mistake – beneath the innocent exterior lurks nothing less than a monster. A muscle bundle of rank.
The four-wheel-drive German has a 2.9-liter, turbocharged VR6 engine to help. However, the engine has very little to do with the one Volkswagen built from the factory.
Blue. the turbo has been heavily upgraded. This means, among other things, that the car produces a whopping 911 horsepower and a torque of 1,000 Nm.

'Hot-Wheelz', as the car is also called, Kim Paetz recently showed up in Berlin. The event, which is a series of 402 meter lobs on a closed track, was held here.
The fastest was for Kim and Golfen in a time of 10.07 seconds over the 402 metres. Over the finish line, the speed was up to 238 km/h. However, it looks much faster in the video below.
All in all, the old Volkswagen Golf II is a favorite 'victim' for tuners all over the world. If you want to see more of this kind, we here at Boosted have created a whole category with cars that… well, are out of category.
