Hyundai Inster has received Danish prices – here is the overview

Hyundai has published the Danish prices for their new electric car model, INSTER, which will be launched at the beginning of next year. The price starts at DKK 179,995, and the model has just become a finalist for Car of the Year in Denmark.

The new Hyundai INSTER is a compact electric car that has been developed with a focus on spaciousness and equipment. Despite its size, the car has a relatively long wheelbase, which gives extra space in the cabin. There is plenty of room for four people, and the interior of the car is flexible, which makes it usable in many different contexts.

INSTER comes with two different battery types. One option is a standard 42 kWh battery, which provides 97 horsepower and a range of up to 320 km. The price for this version starts at DKK 179,995. The other option is a larger 49 kWh battery pack that delivers 115 horsepower and a range of up to 370 km. This variant can be purchased from DKK 191,995.

Both battery types can be charged with up to 11 kW (AC). This means that it takes about four hours to charge the 42 kWh model from 10 to 100 percent, while charging the 49 kWh model takes about four hours and 35 minutes. If fast charging (DC) with 120 kW or more is used, the car can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in approximately 30 minutes under ideal conditions, regardless of the battery size selected.

The model is available in three different equipment variants: Essential, Advanced and a Cross edition that will be launched later. Already in the Essential version, the level of equipment is high. Here you get, among other things, a 10.25-inch digital instrumentation and a correspondingly large touchscreen with navigation. In addition, there is adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go function, Bluetooth, air conditioning, reversing camera and OTA updates, which means that the car can be updated without a workshop visit.

One of the technological elements of INSTER is the Bluelink app. It enables the owner to control several functions remotely, such as preheating or cooling the cabin, checking the car's charging status and starting or stopping charging.

Safety equipment includes electrically folding side mirrors with heating, active lane assist, sign recognition and automatic emergency braking, which also detects pedestrians and cyclists. In addition, there are parking sensors at the back and lane assistant with follow function.

The more advanced equipment variant, Advanced, adds further comfort and safety. Here you get, among other things, heating in the front seats and steering wheel, parking sensors both front and rear and LED headlights with projector lens. Other details include artificial leather on the center console, armrests for the driver and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. A wireless charging dock for mobile phones is also integrated into the center console.

Hyundai offers a 5-year warranty on the INSTER with no mileage restrictions, as is also the case with their other models.
