In 2024, Ferrari sold 13,752 cars. And that's good business. Because on the bottom line, there are 14 billion kroner left after tax.
Ferrari has published financial statements showing an increase in both revenue and profit over the course of 2024.
The car brand announced this in a press release .
Each Ferrari car brought in an average of 3.5 million kroner in revenue in 2024. But when we look at the operating profit, it gets even better.
The Italian sports car manufacturer increased its net revenue by 11.8 percent to 50 billion kroner.
This increase is due to the Maranello brand itself, a combination of a strong product range and a growing demand for 'personalized cars'. What Ferrari calls tailor made.
It was especially the Purosangue, Roma Spider and 296 GTS models that poured money into the coffers in 2024. At the same time, Ferrari phased out the Portofino M, SF90 Stradale, 812 GTS, 812 Competizione and Roma models.
In the second half of 2024, deliveries of the new models SF90 XX A and 12Cilindri began.
Overall, Ferrari delivered 13,752 cars worldwide in 2024, an increase of 0.7 percent compared to 2023.
On the bottom line, Ferrari can note that 2024 brought in a whopping 1,888 million euros when all expenses including the tax bill have been paid.
This corresponds to 14 billion kroner or that each car brought in more than 1 million kroner.
However, Ferrari did not experience growth in all markets. In China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, where all foreign car manufacturers are struggling, the Ferrari 328 sold fewer cars.
In contrast, sales in North and South America increased by 5 percent, corresponding to 192 more cars. In Europe, Africa and the Middle East, 131 more cars were sold, while sales in the Asia-Pacific region increased by 84 cars.
Here in Denmark, Ferrari sold only 6 cars in 2024. This is actually also a decline. The year before, the Italians sold 18 cars in Denmark.
Worse Danish conditions, however, do not change the fact that the factory in Maranello expects even more momentum in 2025.
The new top model F80 will be launched at the beginning of this year, and Ferrari will also present its first electric car before the end of 2025. A car that the engineers have already put thousands of test kilometers into.
