Nissan confirms: Ariya Nismo is coming to Denmark

With Aryia Nismo, Nissan's motorsports department is not just returning to Europe – Denmark is also in the plans, the importer promises.

The new Nissan ARIYA NISMO offers an impressive 435 horsepower and advanced e-4ORCE four-wheel drive. With strong performance and technological upgrades, ARIYA NISMO is created for a more dynamic driving experience.

The Nissan ARIYA NISMO is the latest addition to Nissan's electric model range, which for years has been one of the leaders in the electrification of the car market.

With this edition, Nissan's historical experience is combined with NISMO's motorsport heritage and modern Japanese design. The result is an electric car with significantly improved performance and upgraded driving characteristics that go beyond the ordinary.

The importer writes this in a press release .

Among the significant design improvements on the Nissan ARIYA NISMO are changes to the bumpers and spoilers that optimize the car's aerodynamics. With technology inspired by Formula E cars, road grip has increased significantly.

Compared to a standard version of the ARIYA, drag has been reduced, increasing stability on the road. The model is equipped with 20-inch wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires, which further support the car's improved handling characteristics.

The performance
Nissan ARIYA NISMO delivers a combination of power and speed. With a 320 kW electric motor, equivalent to 435 hp, the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just five seconds. From 80 to 120 km/h it takes just 2.4 seconds, placing the ARIYA NISMO among the fastest electric SUVs in its class.

The chorus characteristics have also been fine-tuned. The car has modified springs, stabilizers and shock absorbers, which ensure a balanced and controlled ride, even at higher speeds.

The adjusted power steering makes it easier to control the car at lower speeds, while the steering ability is sharpened when driving on the motorway. The advanced brake assistant system, I-Booster, also ensures effective braking.

Improved stability with e-4ORCE
e-4ORCE, Nissan's advanced all-wheel drive, is standard in the ARIYA NISMO. This technology has been further developed specifically for the NISMO edition and provides 12% better stability compared to previous systems. The result is an increased sense of control and sporty handling, which sets this model apart from other electric cars in the same segment.

The car's interior: sporty and stylish
Nissan has not only focused on the exterior of the car. Inside, the ARIYA NISMO has also been upgraded. The seats are designed to support a sportier driving experience and there are more NISMO details in the cabin. Red stitching on the steering wheel and on the seats emphasize the sporty look, and these elements contribute to a more dynamic atmosphere in the car.

Color choices and charging options
The Nissan ARIYA NISMO is available in several different colors including grey, black, white and NISMO Stealth Gray. In addition, it is possible to choose a two-tone paintwork with a black roof. All versions of the car are equipped with a root edge along the bottom of the car, which gives it a sharp and sporty look.

When it comes to charging, the ARIYA NISMO is equipped with a standard 22 kW on-board charger. This allows for faster and more efficient charging, which goes well with the car's otherwise high performance.

Expected launch
The new Nissan ARIYA NISMO is expected to be available to customers in early 2025. According to Nissan's Danish communications manager, Ann Stroby, pre-sales will start already before Christmas.

– We plan to start pre-sales for Christmas, and hope to be able to deliver cars to customers at the beginning of 2025, she says.
