Fisherman's sale – last cars sold for DKK 17,000.

As a brand, Fisker Inc. probably cease to exist when the stock of cars is empty. The last cars go for as low as DKK 17,000.

Fisker Inc.'s lawyer is fighting to sell the last cars the brand failed to dispose of on its own. Now the cars can be had for a price as low as DKK 17,000.

The amount, which corresponds to 2,500 dollars, is the price for cars that have some form of damage and that Fisker has not been able to get rid of before bankruptcy protection in June.

The price of the cars appears from court documents , which also reveal that Fisker has sold over 3,200 of the stock cars for one buyer. Read more about it here.

Other cars that have managed to be registered in the USA, Fisker's lawyer will try to sell for an amount up to 16,500 dollars, corresponding to 113,000 kroner. However, it is still more than the buyer of the more than 3,200 cars has given, i.e. per pieces.

However, it is only copies of Fisker Ocean, which do not fail, that are bought in large quantities. The cars will probably be leased out to and used by rental car services in the United States.

What this means for Fisker's other cars – and the private owners – is still unknown. According to the Danish industry analyst Rene Tonder, however, the purchase of the many cars leaves a glimmer of hope.

Because the buyer will probably be interested in maintaining the cars on the software front, so that they can continue to drive. This may mean that private Fisker owners will in future be able to afford updates to their cars. So maybe.

Last week it emerged that several insurance companies are now denying Fisker Ocean owners comprehensive insurance. The probability that the cars can be kept running is simply too small.

What remains are creditors with 161 financial claims against Fisker Inc. Claims amounting to more than DKK 8 billion. Among other things. because founder Henrik Fisker did not pay for the cars he had built at the Magna Steyr factory in Austria.
