Huge Korean SUV is ready in Denmark: Try the Torres EVX now!

The electric SUV Torres EVX has made its entrance on the Danish market – come for a test drive at all KGM dealers.

KGM Danmark has announced that the electric Torres EVX is now available for test driving at their dealers. This new model, which was presented on the European stage in March, is now offered on the Danish market with an introductory price of DKK 359,900.

The Torres EVX is a spacious electric SUV that combines advanced technology with practical functionality. The car measures 4,715 mm in length, 1,890 mm in width and 1,735 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,680 mm.

It has a trailer weight of 1,500 kg and a boot capacity of 703 litres, which makes it suitable for both everyday use and longer trips.

In terms of design, the Torres EVX stands out with a distinctive front and characteristic light block front lights. The aerodynamic lines contribute to both a modern appearance and efficient use of the car's range.

The car is equipped with a 73.4 kWh Blade battery from BYD, which gives a range of between 462 and 635 km (WLTP combined/urban). Torres EVX supports 3-phase charging and can reach a maximum charging power of 120 kW with fast charging. The V2L function, which comes as standard, makes it possible to use the car's battery to supply external devices with power.

Inside, the Torres EVX offers a combination of comfort and modern technology. The front seats are electrically adjustable with both heating and ventilation, while the rear seats are also heated and can be tilted for extra comfort. Standard equipment includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, ambient lighting and a 70 cm dual screen.

Safety is a high priority with eight airbags and an extensive ADAS package that includes Lane Keeping Assist, automatic emergency braking and autonomous self-steering.

According to Steffen Vilstrup, Manager Director of KGM Denmark, the Torres EVX is now ready for test drives at all dealers in the country. "We have cars on the way to Denmark, so you can get a new car delivered quickly when you order," he says. Vilstrup also emphasizes the car's potential to strengthen KGM's position on the market: "This car will be an important player in KGM's growth going forward."

The warranty schemes for Torres EVX are among the best in the industry. The battery comes with a warranty of 1 million kilometers or 10 years, while the new car warranty covers 150,000 km or 7 years, which gives customers extra peace of mind.

KGM is one of the oldest car manufacturers in South Korea, established in 1954. Since 1980, the brand has been developing four-wheel drive vehicles and is known for its innovative technology and quality. KGM has an extensive network in Europe and operates in 126 countries.
