Pedestrian disagrees with the police about the number of Underberg then rowed the car

A driver with an insane blood alcohol level has been punished in an unusual case of speeding.

A 54-year-old man from Asperup on Funen has been told by the district court that he is a crazy driver. However, it was not the speed but the blood alcohol level that was too high.

Way too high. The blood sample the man had taken revealed that he had a blood alcohol level of 2.87.

This is written by Fyens Stifttidende .

However, the 54-year-old thought he could explain the blood alcohol level to law enforcement. According to his own statement, he had drunk five Underberg and one Guldol on his way home from the local Dagli' Brugsen, where he had left his car.

However, the police did not give much credit for that explanation. Instead, law enforcement believed that the man also had a massive blood alcohol level when he walked the 900 meters from his residence to the local supermarket to get provisions.

And the City Court in Odense agreed with the police. That is why the 54-year-old has now lost the car, which the judge has confiscated on behalf of the state.

He must also do without the choir card for five years. As well, he must live with a suspended sentence of 30 days in prison, perform 40 hours of community service and pay a fine of 16,000 kroner.

Crazy carousel, however, knows no age limit. Recently, a very young driver had to be picked up by his mother when the police took his BMW. Read more about that case here .
