Who is Shmee150? Here's the story of Tim Burton

You know him as Shmee150, but his real name is Tim Burton. Here's the story of one of the world's most popular automotive YouTubers.

Timothy John Burton, better known as Shmee150, is a British car vlogger and YouTuber who has built one of the world's largest platforms for supercar enthusiasts.

Based in London and with over 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube, he shares videos of his travels, exotic cars, and the maintenance of his impressive car collection, which numbers around 15 cool vehicles.

Born on September 17, 1987, Tim began his career far from the automotive world. After finishing school in 2005, he ran an electronics webshop, which he later sold to become a ski instructor in New Zealand.

After an accident while teaching skiing, he returned to England, where he briefly studied, but switched to a job in the technology department of an investment firm in London.

At that time, he began taking photos as a hobby and sharing pictures of rare cars on Facebook and in online forums.

In January 2010, Tim uploaded his first video to his YouTube channel Shmee150 . The video showed two supercars at a Top Gear event, and he focused on filming the cars rather than himself.

His following grew slowly at first, but over time, interest in his content took off. A few years later, he quit his job to dedicate himself fully to creating content about cars.

Today, Shmee150 is a global sensation. In addition to his YouTube videos, which he uploads several times a week, Tim makes money through advertising, sponsorships, merchandise, and consulting work for automakers.

His audience consists primarily of men between the ages of 25 and 45, who follow his road trips, car collection, and trips to press events and car shows.

Tim has also published the book Living the Supercar Dream , which details his travels and experiences in the automotive world.

His car collection includes everything from a Ferrari Roma Spider to a Zenvo TSR-S – always with personalized license plates. He visits exclusive car events , rare car collections and participates in rallies and press events with his cool cars.

The TSR-S model, the street version of Zenvo's track racer, combines extreme performance with exclusivity and personalization. With 1,175 horsepower, it also becomes the first hypercar in Tim's impressive car collection.

The Zenvo TSR-S is the 17th car from the Zenvo factory and, like all other models, is tailored down to the smallest detail. "We have had contact with Shmee150 for many years, and Tim has briefly driven and himself been behind the wheel of several Zenvos," Zenvo owner Troels Vollertsen told Bil magazine.

One of the most exciting aspects of Tim's career is his "Shmuseum" – a place where he showcases his cars, memorabilia, and creates content for his followers.

Shmuseum is a central part of the Shmee150 universe, which combines Tim's passion for cars with a dedicated effort to inspire and entertain his audience.
