Mazda6e gets 6-year factory warranty in Denmark

Mazda's new electric car, the Mazda6e, which is built on a Chinese platform, will receive a six-year factory warranty in Denmark, the importer says.

The upcoming electric Mazda6e is launched with an attractive 6-year factory warranty. This also applies to future electric cars from Mazda and is intended to provide peace of mind to owners.

Mazda will soon introduce the new electric Mazda6e. The car comes with a 6-year warranty. This is a first for the brand's electric cars. The warranty will also apply to future electric cars from Mazda.

The new factory warranty covers for 6 years. Alternatively, it covers up to 150,000 kilometers. It depends on what comes first for the car.

The importer states this in a press release .

As a rule, the warranty covers the entire car. However, there are a few exceptions. Wear parts such as brakes and tires are not covered by the warranty.

The car's 12V battery has a shorter warranty period. The same applies to the charging cables. Here the warranty is 3 years or 100,000 kilometers.

The extended warranty is intended to provide peace of mind for the car owner. This applies to both the first owner and subsequent owners. A car can be sold after three years with three years of factory warranty remaining.

Mazda warranty: It covers beyond the 6 years

The car's important high-voltage battery has its own separate warranty. It covers a period of 8 years or up to 160,000 kilometers. The warranty also covers the battery's capacity, so that it does not deteriorate too much.

Mazda also offers a long warranty against corrosion from rust. It covers internal rust for a full 12 years. There is no limit to the number of short kilometers.

The car's paintwork is also covered by a warranty. The paintwork warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of delivery. The warranty against surface corrosion is also valid for 3 years. There is no mileage limit for the two warranties.

Mazda Motor Denmark expects great interest in the new Mazda6e. The new 6-year warranty is expected to increase interest further. Advance interest in the electric car is already described as significant.

The electric Mazda6e is expected to be introduced in Denmark soon. The launch will probably take place during August this year. The exact date for the introduction has not yet been determined by Mazda.
