Jeremy Clarkson fought not to do

Former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that he struggled to not do drugs when his heart gave him serious problems last year.

Jeremy Clarkson, known from "Top Gear", has told in a new column in The Times that last year he struggled not to do it when his chest started to feel tight.

While on holiday, Jeremy Clarkson noticed that his breathing had become worse. After returning to England, he sought medical attention for chest tightness.

The medical examination revealed that three of the famous TV host's heart arteries were blocked. Something that is urgent sent Clarkson to the operating table.

Jeremy Clarkson describes the experience as a wake-up call. He says that after the operation he realized that he had to do what he could to prolong his life.

He has become a grandfather for the second time, and this has given him a strong desire to be there for his grandchildren for as long as possible.

In his column in The Times, Jeremy Clarkson says he now takes exercise and a healthier lifestyle more seriously. He has tried various forms of exercise, including cycling, running, aerobics and yoga.

Jeremy Clarkson also mentions that he is considering trying the new weight loss drug "Muntjac". He describes his current situation as a struggle to buy time. He acknowledges that it is both painful and expensive, but that it is a necessary alternative.

Jeremy Clarkson has previously spoken to the media about his health problems, describing it as a shocking experience to be diagnosed with blocked heart arteries. He has also said he is grateful for the treatment he has received.

Jeremy Clarkson has been the host of "Top Gear" for many years and is known for his controversial and humorous style. In addition to several TV shows – including hosting the English version of 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?' – Clarkson has settled down as a farmer on the farm 'Diddly Squat'.
