Influencer "abuses" animals in car for 22 million kroner

It has created an outcry on social media that influencer "Supercar Ron" drives around with goats in a 22 million kroner Aston Martin Valkyrie.

Supercar Ron braves the snow in his Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider for 22 million kroner.

The influencer, whose real name is Brad Bonham, had two goats in the passenger seat of the rare hypercar.

And that really angers users on the social media platform Instagram. And yet. Others don't care.

A remarkable driving trip has sparked debate among car enthusiasts. The influencer, who goes by the name Supercar Ron, took his Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider out in a snowy weather.

The car is worth around 22 million Danish kroner. So it's not an everyday purchase. And certainly not in such miserable weather.

Many owners of expensive supercars avoid rain and snow. Their cars are usually only driven when the sun is high in the sky.

But the internet-famous American is blowing it.

Supercar Ron, whose real name is Brad Bonham, took a different approach. He drove his open convertible through the snowy slush.

But the drive in the snow wasn't enough for the wealthy American. He had company in the passenger seat. Two little goats were along for the ride in the powerful Aston Martin.

Brad Bonham himself commented on the video of the choir tour.

– Aston Martin said it was only a two-seater. But there's room for three!

The video also shows how the goats really are on the trip.

Brad Bonham comes from a wealthy family in the US state of Utah. According to the German newspaper Bild, the family made their fortune in the furniture business.

Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider: specifications and price

The Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider was developed in collaboration with the Red Bull Formula 1 team, which is why many also describe it as something of a technological marvel with license plates.

The car is powered forward (and in reverse, ed.) by a 6.5-liter V12 engine with a small hybrid package and a total output of 1,155 horsepower.

The powerful engine gives the car impressive performance. Acceleration from zero to 100 kilometers per hour takes just 2.5 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 355 kilometers per hour.

The specific car in the video is believed to be the first one delivered to a customer. Unfortunately, only 85 of the open-top car will be built.

Brad Bonham has built up a large collection of luxury cars. In addition to the exclusive Valkyrie Spider, he owns several other expensive cars.

Brad Bonham: Influencer with very expensive taste in cars

His garage includes a Bugatti Veyron, as well as several Ferrari models, Lamborghinis, and Porsches.

Like a Koenigsegg CCXR and a Pagani Huayra are part of the collection.

However, the reactions to Supercar Ron's trip in the admittedly very bad weather with the goats are divided.

The video is being widely discussed on social media such as Instagram, with some skeptical about the unusual use of the car.

A user writes:

– Something tells me this will void the warranty.

Other users, on the other hand, praise the unconventional drive, seeing it as a sign of a true passion for cars.

One comment reads:

– It's a bigger shame to see people not bothering to use their cars than it is to see them having fun.

A third user sums up the situation with a twinkle in his eye.

– I've never been jealous of real goats, it says.

The feeling of envy may have arisen in several viewers of the video. After all, it is a rare experience to drive an Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider. Especially under such special conditions.

Others just think it's a shame for the animals, while still others complain that Bonham can drive out onto the salt-smeared roads.
