Danish top director finished – leaving several car brands

The Danish car importer Semler Premium, which sells Porsche, Lamborghini and Bentley in Denmark, has parted ways with its director Klaus Frokjær. Officially by mutual agreement.

Danish director Klaus Frokjær has finished as the man at the helm of Porsche, Lamborghini and Bentley in Denmark.

Ulrik Drejsig, CEO of the Semler Group, confirmed this in a press release on Friday.

– A big thank you to Klaus for his great work and dedication. Most recently as CEO of Semler Premium, where he has spearheaded the launch in Sweden and achieved several important milestones in Denmark, says Drejsig.

Officially, Klaus Frokjær is resigning from his position by mutual agreement. But this is not the first time that the Semler Group has cleared out the top in this way.

In January 2024, Lamborghini's Danish press manager Mia Skjoldstrand was fired. At the time, it was said that her position at Lamborghini Copenhagen had been closed.

– It came as a shock, as I have been incredibly committed and felt great joy working with an extraordinary brand like Lamborghini, its enthusiastic customers and lovely colleagues in both Denmark, Sweden and not least at the Automobili Lamborghini SpA factory, Skjoldstrand wrote after the firing on LinkedIn.

Back at the top of the Semler Group, there is no news about what Klaus Frokjær will do next. However, the group states that there will be no changes to the other positions in the management.

It is also not clear exactly why Klaus Frokjær is the only one leaving the management. But he is a thing of the past. At least in the Semler Group.

Claus Bjerring, who is the managing director of the parent company of Semler Mobility, does not come much closer to a reason either.

– Semler Premium has delivered a great volume in 2024, but with the adjustment in the strategic direction, the timing is now right to make a change in the organizational structure.

– And we have, by mutual agreement, chosen to end the collaboration,” says Claus Bjerring, CEO of Semler Mobility.
