Danish celebrity cheated by car dealer: "Everything is gone"

The Danish entrepreneur Magnus Kjoller has lost millions of kroner on a possible scam from a car dealership. Now he puts a little more words on the matter himself.

The cars were gone, the money was gone. All other assets were gone.

This is how the Danish entrepreneur Magnus Kjoller writes in a press release about the scam he claims to have been exposed to by a car dealer.

Magnus Kjoller has filed for bankruptcy of the car dealer Cartrader ApS, which has an address in Aalborg, because he believes he has lost millions of kroner on the business. Specifically, it is a loan of DKK 2.2 million.

Money that is now gone. The car dealer Ahmed Duradbegovic, who has already been declared bankrupt in the So- and Commercial Court, claims, on the other hand, that the money has been spent on the business. Among other things, for the purchase of seven Teslas, which should be ready for delivery.

Conversely, Magnus Kjoller has stated to Nordjyske that the business – now that he knows better – is/was 'a house of cards made of toilet paper built on quicksand in stormy weather'.

Duradbegovic is already familiar with how a bankruptcy works. In any case, he is connected to another car dealer, which just 6 months ago also went bankrupt. Read more about it here .

Commenting on BT, Ahmed Duradbegovic says he is 'disappointed' with how it all ended.

On the other hand, he does not believe that he has shied away from anything. And not at all running away with the money, which he believes should not be repaid immediately. But rather over a period of 2.5 years.

However, the bankruptcy petition in the Commercial and Commercial Court is not enough. Because Magnus Kjoller, in the quest to get his money back, has also reported the car dealer to the police.
