BYD reduces the price of the SEAL U Design – save DKK 30,000.

Now you can get the top model SEAL U Design for DKK 309,995 – but only for a limited time, writes the importer.

BYD is now making a significant move into the Danish electric car market by lowering the price of the top model SEAL U Design. Starting today, car buyers can save a whopping DKK 30,000, which means that the well-equipped electric SUV is now available from just DKK 309,995.

The offer is only valid for stock cars and lobbies until June 30th – or while supplies last.

Previously, the model cost DKK 339,995, but BYD is now lowering the price to give more people access to the brand's popular SUV in Denmark.

Powerful electric SUV with long range

The SEAL U Design is equipped with an 87.0 kWh battery, which provides a range of up to 500 kilometers. Fast charging with up to 140 kW means you can charge from 30 to 80 percent in just 28 minutes, making the car ready for long trips in a short time.

Under the hood, the electric motor delivers 218 hp, and with a permitted trailer weight of 1,300 kg, the SEAL U Design can also be used for trailer and camping towing.

The car has also achieved five stars in Euro NCAP's safety test, confirming the high level of passenger and pedestrian protection.

Luxury equipment at a low price

For DKK 309,995 you get a comprehensive equipment package including a 360-degree camera, Infinity sound system, ventilated and electrically adjustable front seats, air purification system, 15.6” infotainment screen and 12.3” digital instrumentation.

A large panoramic glass roof ensures plenty of light in the cabin.

The SEAL U Design also offers practical benefits such as a 425-liter luggage compartment and fast charging options, making it suitable for both everyday use and vacations.

In addition, the car comes with a 6-year warranty or 150,000 kilometers – the electric motor is covered for 8 years, and the battery has an 8-year warranty up to 200,000 kilometers.

BYD's aggressive pricing of the SEAL U Design could make the model an even bigger competitor to other popular electric SUVs on the Danish market.

Compared to similar models from Hyundai, Kia and Tesla, the SEAL U Design offers plenty of space, equipment and range at a more affordable price.

SEAL U Design can already be test-driven at BYD dealers across the country – but if you want to take advantage of the offer, it's a good idea not to wait too long.
