Audi in flames: "There was just 180,000 kroner"

On Sunday afternoon, the fire brigade responded to a heavy fire in an older Audi A4 in Augustenborg. The car's owner had to watch it go into overdrive.

On Sunday afternoon, three people in an older Audi A4 escaped with horror when the car burst into flames in Augustenborg on Als.

They all managed to get out of the car, which was subsequently unable to save from total damage. This is what the owner of the Audi tells presse-fotos.dk .

Even he had no immediate idea what could have ignited the flames in the first place. But the flames only grew stronger.

– I don't know what it stands for right now, but I have done a lot to it and it has a lot of extra equipment, which is now also gone.

– There was just 180,000 kroner, I think, said the owner, who, according to the media, was clearly affected by the situation.

On Sunday afternoon, shortly before 4 p.m., the fire brigade had brought the flames under control. And Audi's further fate is now an insurance question.

However, it is not so rare that cars suddenly stop in the middle of the road. Last year, for example, it happened several times for another German brand here at home. Something that other places have fort for large stalls for the importer. Read more about it here .
