At first glance, it looks like a four-door 3 Series like others from the early 00s. But by chance, YouTuber Adam LZ has found a rarity.
American YouTuber Adam LZ recently found a rare BMW E46 330 from 2002. At least it's not exactly common.
First, he is told that the car is a genuine 330i with an M-Sport bodykit from the factory. He was somewhat skeptical about this due to the car's somewhat sad condition.
But more was to come to light. It also turns out that the car is painted in a Japan Red color, which is rarer than the typical Imola Red.
The car was originally both ordered and owned by the North American BMW importer, who needed a press car.
It is therefore also packed with equipment from the factory. Since the BMW importer owned the car, a lot has happened. Adam LZ believes that the car has been tuned. Just as it is otherwise equipped with a different manifold and a Remus exhaust.
– It could be a really fun everyday car or a good beginner drifter, says the YouTuber.
What will happen to the BMW is a bit unclear. But it's not the first time that the 29-year-old American with the real name Adam Lizotte-Zeisler has given away a car.
In fact, he does this quite often. It's especially Japanese cars that change hands. Among other things, he has given away a Nissan 350Z. Just like a Honda NSX, Toyota Supra, and at least two Nissan Skylines have changed hands that way.
Here at Boosted, we've actually given away a car too. It happened in July 2016 when we gave away a Renault Clio RS to a very lucky reader.
