Kia ready with Danish prices for the long-awaited EV3

The Danish importer has now priced the long-awaited electric car EV 3. The brand says that thousands of motorists have already shown interest.

Kia Denmark has received the first pre-production model of the long-awaited Kia EV3 in GT-Line equipment variant, which can now be experienced at exclusive VIP events around the country.

The compact electric SUV has already become the subject of great interest, with several thousand customers signing up to be among the first to see the car.

The importer states this in a press release .

Over the course of the next month, Kia will hold 27 VIP events, which are targeted at customers who have signed up to experience the EV3 up close, before it becomes officially available on the Danish market.

Prices of the Kia EV3:

  • Standard Range: DKK 269,900.
  • Long Range: DKK 294,900.

The two versions differ in terms of battery size. The Standard Range model is equipped with a 58.3 kWh battery that provides an expected range of up to 436 km (WLTP). The Long Range model has a larger 81.4 kWh battery, which gives an expected range of up to 605 km (WLTP).

Both variants have an engine output of 204 hp (150 kW) and support fast DC charging. The Long Range model can be charged from 10-80% in approximately 31 minutes with a charging capacity of up to 128 kW, while the Standard Range model can charge with up to 101 kW. Both models are also equipped to be charged at home (AC) with up to 10.8 kW.

The entry-level model comes with a number of features including:

  • Electrically adjustable side mirrors with heating
  • LED front and rear lights and LED corner lights
  • 25 liter container
  • Adaptive cruise control
  • Automatic high beam assistant
  • Automatic 2-zone air conditioning
  • Heated front seats
  • Ventilation nozzles at the rear seats
  • Remotely controlled cabin heating and pre-conditioner for DC charging
  • Front and rear parking sensor and reversing camera with dynamic guide
  • Rain sensor and noise-reducing windscreen
  • Heat pump
  • Full digital instrumentation
  • Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
  • Over-the-air software updates
  • Extended nose brake and intelligent sign recognition with speed assistant
  • Extended highway assistant and fatigue detection
  • Lane assistant and lane assistant
