Alba from Roskilde is only 15 years old – now she drives Formula 4

The 15-year-old winner of Girls On Track – Rising Stars, Alba Hurup Larsen, kickstarts her Formula 4 career and competes in the season premiere of the F4 Indian Championship.

The Danish racing driver Alba Hurup Larsen, who is just 15 years old, will make his Formula 4 debut earlier than planned. Last week she announced a test program with Italian team Prema Racing, which would prepare her for a debut in the junior series in 2025.

In connection with this planning, however, a special opportunity arose to participate in the season opener of the Indian Formula 4 championship in 2024. This has meant that she will already be lining up for her first Formula 4 race this coming weekend.

The Formula 4 car is not unknown to her, although it will be her debut in a racing lob. Alongside a busy karting program, she has completed several successful Formula 4 tests with the Spanish junior team TC Racing.

In this lob, she represents the Indian team Speed Demons Delhi, which receives technical support from the top Dutch team MP Motorsport. The first division of the F4 Indian Championship will be held at the Madras International Circuit on Thursday 24 August.
