The police seize the car without knowing who drove it

On Wednesday this week, one of Sydsjælland's and Lolland-Falster's police photo vans flashed a crazy driver. But law enforcement does not know who the driver is.

The South Zealand and Lolland-Falster Police do not yet know who it is that one of their photo vans caught for crazy speeding this week in Vallensved outside Næstved.

The owner initially does not want to say who has the car.

This is stated by the police circle in the police report .

It was a photo van there at 04.47 took a picture of the car, which briefly passed it at at least 120 km/h. The maximum speed limit on the stretch is 50 km/h. This meant that the operator in the photo van contacted the police, who started looking for the car.

However, it was not until Wednesday evening that law enforcement found the car at an address in Vordingborg. And here, at first, there was not much help from the owner. At least not for the explanation.

So now the photo from the photo van must determine who was driving the car. And who in that connection can be prosecuted for insanity. Conversely, the police are not always right.

Boosted was recently able to report that a 20-year-old man has been acquitted of insanity. In the High Court, the police could not prove that he had a card so strong that it was a case of insanity. Read more about it here .
