Underground garage in Denmark costs DKK 83 million

It's not every day that an underground garage shows up for the assault. And not at all in Denmark. Now, however, it has happened in Vedbæk.

It's not every day that happens. But now an underground garage with an associated house and elevator for the car has appeared in Denmark.

Specifically, the glory lies on Vedbæk Strandvej in Vedbæk. All together for a net sum of 83 million Danish kroner.

But then you are also guaranteed to look beyond Øresund and that there is room for your Porsche 911 GT3 RS with Weissach package.

There is 413 square meters of living space. But in fact, there is a total of 640 square meters to romp around on. It all started just 5 years ago.

The biggest problem? If you ask the Boosted editors, it's that the beautiful Porsche is not included in the real estate deal.

The pictures below are kindly lent by estate agent Elbæks , who mediates the sale of the magnificent villa, which for many is probably a dream.

But it does indeed happen from time to time that a garage with an associated owner's home appears. In July 2023, we here at Boosted could, for example, talk about a home where there is room in the garage for a staggering 72 cars. Read more about it here .
