In Florida, confiscated Corvette is used as a police car

Since the confiscation, the Corvette has had a new foiling. But it is kept free of the blue flashes.

At home, the police have to sell on the cars that the individual districts confiscate in the legal system. It's not quite like that in the US.

In fact, we here at Boosted have seen repeated examples of the police 'over there' themselves using the confiscated cars. Or sell them in cash deals .

And now another example has appeared on the roads. This time in the state of Florida, where the police have got their hands on a Corvette C8.

This is written by WMBB News .

The car has been confiscated from a 25-year-old drug dealer, whom law enforcement was chasing for both drug smuggling and illegal weapons possession.

Since last December, the 25-year-old's car has belonged to the Panama City Beach Police Department, which has written 'seized for service' on the side of the car. Then the message probably doesn't get any clearer.

At home, the police still impound cars for crazy driving. Even though it has almost been 3 years since the law in this area was tightened.

On Monday morning, the Eastern Jutland Police, for example, arrived at a workplace in Randers, where a 27-year-old woman had to hand over both her car and her choir card. Read more about it here .
