Elon Musk threatens to split Tesla into 3 parts

Right now, Tesla Inc. one unified company. But it will not necessarily continue to be like this, says the warning from director Elon Musk.

He will definitely have DKK 400 billion in loan, and then Elon Musk will split Tesla into three parts. So maybe.

He confirms this himself. And even on its own social media "X" – the former Twitter.

Musk sold out of his shareholding in Tesla precisely to buy Twitter and rename it X. Since then, he has demanded some of the shareholding back.

It is, among other things, the value that makes up much of the gigantic salary package he wants from Tesla. Conversely, a judge in the state of Delaware says it is far too much money. Something Tesla immediately responded to by moving its headquarters from the state to Texas.

Recently "X" profiler Teslaconomics came up with quite an interesting observation. If Elon Musk gets 25 percent of Tesla, the company will be on course to become the world's largest.

To that, Elon Musk simply replied 'yes'. But this, in turn, confirms a threat Musk has previously made. Namely that he wants to split Tesla into three. The cars, the artificial intelligence and the robot technology separately.

Musk has even gone so far as to say that Tesla will be worthless without its biggest asset. Namely the partially self-driving cars. Something that Tesla has just been taken to court to circumvent the Swedish lock-in. Read more about it here.

The current salary package, which Tesla's board already approved in 2018, that Elon Musk can get, will mean that he sits on 18 percent of the car brand's shares.
