Anders was fined 452,000 kroner – wheeled out for mess

It was a 'slightly irritated' Swedish billionaire, Anders Wiklöf, who spoke to the press after he had been given the giant ticket by the police.

710,000 Swedish kroner.

This corresponds to 452,000 Danish kroner. Or what the Swedish billionaire Anders Wiklöf got when the police caught him driving towards the mess in August last year. It happened in the central part of the city of Mariehamn.

– You can buy a house for that kind of money.

– It got rough, but the cow was still standing until it suddenly started to cower, he tells the media Nya Åland .

The police believe that Anders Wiklöf was one second too late on the brakes in his Bentley, and that he was therefore short of speed.

– When the car in front of me crossed the intersection, it changed to yellow. And when I got there, it turned into a mess, says Anders Wiklöf.

On the other hand, the Swedish billionaire, who has made a fortune in everything from property trading to ergo trading in food products, is no stranger to huge stalls.

In June last year, he was fined 1.4 million Swedish kroner because he shorted too fast in Finland. Here, the police are known to crack down particularly hard on motorists with 'pain in the right foot'. Read more about it here .
