27-year-old short 129 km/h – now he gets a special penalty

A 27-year-old man from Vallensbæk, who has already been convicted of insanity, must now go to prison. But that in a 'completely different' case.

Not really for what he was caught for when the police stopped him on Ishoj Strandvej. But because he is already convicted of insanity. That was back in October last year.

Vestegnen's prosecutors write this on the social media " X ".

Here, parts of the sentence were made conditional, but because he was now behind the wheel again, the hammer falls. Precisely, the 27-year-old is now changing his sentence to 20 days behind bars.

It is normal in these kinds of cases. Whether the police have again taken away the car he was behind the wheel of back in October, the story does not report anything.

But it is a different car than the one he drove through a 50-zone in Holbæk with. The state has already confiscated it. According to the prosecution, the 27-year-old received the sentence on the spot.

On the whole, it is not unusual for drivers who have already been convicted of reckless driving to be caught behind the wheel again.

A 37-year-old woman recently started crying in court when it dawned on her that you are not allowed to drive a car when you, as a crazy driver, have already been denied the right of way.

However, the woman also said that it was 'rice for one's own prey'. However, she tried to excuse herself by saying that she didn't have a map of the car since the police last stopped her. Read more about that case here.
