Lucid Air is the world's fastest bulletproof car

Lucid Air Sapphire can spare its owners for the most part. Blue. a rain of bullets. The car is the world's fastest bulletproof corral.

From 0 to 100 km/h in less than 2 seconds in a rain of bullets. It's no problem. At least not in the Lucid Air Sapphire. It is the world's bulletproof car.

The lightest armor that a Lucid Air Sapphire can be equipped with increases the weight by 175 kilos. On the other hand, it prevents the bullets from a Magnum caliber .44 from entering the cabin.

It also does not significantly affect the car's performance. The three electric motors deliver a combined 1,234 horsepower, and that should be enough to handle the sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 1.89 seconds.

The top speed is still 330 km/h, and the range is stated to be 690 kilometers. At least officially. Primarily because the car is equipped with a 118 kWh battery.

That's what Auto Evolution writes.

In addition to armoring the car, it is also possible to order one Lucid Air Sapphire with gun holsters in the cabin, pepper spray, electrified handle and an anti-poison gas system.

In addition, there is even heavier armor that protects against bullets from rifles, grenades and other explosives. But then it costs both the range, the top speed and, of course, the final price.

According to US Armor Group, which rebuilds the car, an armored Air Sapphire is best suited for the head of state or other people in high-ranking and vulnerable positions.

In short – people who see no problem in the car costing at least DKK 3.16 million, because the tax has been paid at all.
